How do I know my order was registered?

As soon as your order is registered you will receive a confirmation e-mail with information regarding your order.

How do I know my order was shipped?

You will receive an e-mail notification once your order are dispatched. Once your order has reached your local delivery office you will be notified by a text message or an e-mail.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once the order has been processed you can not do any changes to your exsisting order.

What payment methods can I use?

We offers the following payment methods: Credit and Debit Cards. When requesting card data, SSL-protocol, the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security programs are used, which ensure that the exchanged information cannot be intercepted or altered by unauthorised persons.

Can I purchase gift cards?

No, gift cards are currently not available in our web store. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.

No, you can place an order as a guest if you prefer not to create an account. We do recommend you to sign in to take part of any upcoming offers and to make future purchases more convenient.

When will my package be delivered?

Please expect 7-14 days for delivery in the Baltic states and 14-21 days for the rest of the European Union countries. Delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.

How is my order delivered?

Your order is delivered by AS Eesti Post (Omniva) or DPD Eesti AS.

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost varies on your location. Once you place your order and are ready for check-out you can view the shipping cost before the order is final. For larger orders we offer free shipping.

Online Cosmetics Store deliver within all European Union countries.


How do I return a product?

Please note that we're not able to accept returns of cosmetics products. To return a product, please do so within 14 days of the shipping date for a refund purchase price excluding the shipping and handling charges. All returns must be sent to: Estonia,Tallinn, Nõmme-Kase tn 12B/4.

When returning a product, how do I receive the refund?

We will refund you within 14-30 days from when we received your return. It will be returned to the payment card used when placing the order.

What if I change my mind about my order?

The 14 day return policy is only valid for our non-cosmetic or hygiene products. For more about returns please go here.
